Fragomen's Adjustment of Status Toolkit

Follow the link provided by your Fragomen team to access the AOS Toolkit.
- Note: This site can only be accessed from Internet Explorer 8+, Chrome 15+ and Safari 5+
- You will need to complete the Toolkit Questionnaire and Forms in one sitting. Do not close your browser because your information will not be saved.
Complete the Adjustment of Status Questionnaire and
- Answer the questions to the best of your ability. Do not leave any questions blank. Blank fields may delay the submission of your application. An Attorney will review and edit the Forms generated, if needed.
  - If a question is not applicable to your situation, enter "N/A".
  - If a question requires a numeric answer of zero or there is no answer, enter "None".
- Each family member applying for the AOS requires a completed Questionnaire in order to create their Forms.
- Each Questionnaire must be completed in one (1) session. Work cannot be saved for later completion.

Carefully review the Forms for accuracy. If edits are required, update the appropriate field in the Adjustment of Status Questionnaire. Errors in your Forms could result in a delay in the submission of your application.
