Gather the documents you will need to complete the Questionnaire. Refer to the I-485 Checklist, below, for detailed information. In some cases, we might have some of the below documentation on file, but we request that you send us a complete set to help process your application quickly.
Employment Verification Letter
Unless you have been advised by Fragomen not to do so, you should prepare this letter on company letterhead and have your manager or Human Resources sign it: Sample Employment Verification Letter
