Welcome to Fragomen’s Adjustment of Status Toolkit!
Your priority date is or will soon be current and we can proceed with the Adjustment of Status (AOS) process at this time. We will be processing AOS applications on a First-In First-Out (FIFO) basis, provided we have received all requested documentation.
Before we begin...
- The preferred browsers are Internet Explorer, Chrome and Safari. The experience is optimized for desktop computers; we do not recommend completing the forms on mobile devices.
- Your computer system language must be set to "English" United States in order to properly use the Toolkit and its features.
- Each applicant must be physically present in the United States in order to file AOS.
- Each family member must fill out the Questionnaire and one set of documents. Your spouse and children under 21 years old who are also part of the process must have their own application documents.
